One of the goals of 2017 PORTO SURGICAL is the search for excellence in services to its customers. To achieve the stipulated goals, many actions and investments have been made in different sectors of the company, including the “Training and Qualification Program Porto Surgical”.At the beginning of the year, the first training applied for all employees of the company was the “Training/Recycling Standards, Procedures and Compliance”. In the sequence, several courses and trainings have been given to the instrumentation, sales, administrative and stock teams, with the presence of Stryker’s Product Manager – Alexis Lousada, who applied the courses “CMF Training – Anatomy, Pathology, Stryker Systems and Hands On” and the “Spine Training – product review, with emphasis on Minimally Invasive Procedures – MIS (Mantis, Mantis Redux and Luxor). All specialties are receiving constant training. The Orthopedic Trauma specialty promoted, among others, the T2 PHN Proximal Humeral Intramedullary Fixation training. The collaborators have demonstrated to be very satisfied with the approach of the themes and the didactics of the lecturers.
